Sharad Pawar Dental College is one of the largest teaching hospitals in the central India providing promotive, preventive, therapeutic Dental health care facilities to the people of the Vidharbha and also are catering the population from adjoining states. The hospital is working tirelessly from more than 30 years and has grown leaps and bounds since the time of its inception. Currently functioning, Dean Administration Dr Manoj Chandak Sir, and with efforts of CMS Dr Anjali Bhoyar (Borle) the hospital currently caters to more than 400 patients on average every day. It is well equipped with more than 350 dental chairs and state of art Diagnostic and Advanced Treatment facilities and equipment’s and is one of the very few Dental hospitals which were dedicatedly working to provide quality dental care to its patients even during the era of Covid pandemic.
The Hospital works on the principal of providing “Affordable health care for all” and “Health care at doorstep”. In the pursuit of the same all the hospital services, including the high-end super speciality services are offered at highly subsidized and affordable cost. Many health care, patient welfare schemes are launched to help the economically weaker sections of society.
शरद पवार दंत महाविद्यालय हे मध्य भारतातील सर्वात मोठे शिक्षण रुग्णालय आहे जे विदर्भातील लोकांना प्रोत्साहनात्मक, प्रतिबंधात्मक, उपचारात्मक दंत आरोग्य सेवा सुविधा प्रदान करते आणि शेजारील राज्यांतील लोकना सुविधा पुरावत आहे. रुग्णालय ३० वर्षांहून अधिक काळापासून अथकपणे काम करत आहे. डीन प्रशासन डॉ मनोज चांडक सर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली कार्यरत असून सी. एम. एस. डॉ. अंजली भोयर (बोरले) यांच्या प्रयत्नाने हे रुग्णालय सध्या दररोज सरासरी ४०० हून अधिक रुग्णांना सेवा देत आहे. हे ३५० हून अधिक दंत खुर्च्या आणि अत्याधुनिक निदान आणि प्रगत उपचार सुविधा आणि उपकरणांसह सुसज्ज आहे आणि कोविड महामारीच्या काळातही रुग्णांना दर्जेदार दंत सेवा देण्यासाठी समर्पितपणे कार्यरत असलेल्या काही दंत रुग्णालयांपैकी एक आहे.

Ethical Management: The hospital is governed ethically by the Managementand the Board of Management. The able Leadership of Hon. Chancellor, DMIHER (DU) and the Chairman, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research governs the organization in an ethical manner.

Comprehensive Community Health Care Program (CHCP)Introduction: Comprehensive Community Health Care is defined as an integrated system of care designed to meet the health needs of individuals, families and communities in their local settings through interdisciplinary programme simultaneously providing educational platform for students.
Goal Of CHCP: In coherence with the vision and mission of the DMIHER University the goals of CHCP are defined as “To develop competent, confident, concerned and compassionate learner through organized interdisciplinary programme and to deliver comprehensive quality health care services to the rural, needy, marginalized and underprivileged populace.”
